COSTS: 
$35.00 per person for Tennis
$25.00 per person for Run

Entry fee includes continental breakfast, lunch, beverages, T-Shirt and prizes. You can register online with a credit card using the form below, or download and fill out the entry form, enclose a check made payable to Shreveport Geological Society, and return to the address specified on the form.
