5K Run – 8:00AM
Tennis – 9:00AM

COSTS:
$40.00 per person for Tennis
$25.00 per person for Run

Entry fee includes continental breakfast, lunch, beverages, T-Shirt and prizes. Please download and fill out the entry form, enclose a check made payable to Shreveport Geological Society, and return to the address specified on the form.
