We are excited to announce the upcoming ALTAPL/SGS Golf Tournament to be held at Southern Trace on Friday, September 12, 2025.
This year’s golf entry fee includes green fees, golf cart, golf apparel, lunch, hors d’oeuvres, dinner, beverages, music and door prizes. The Social Fee includes dinner, beverages, music and door prizes. *The social fee must be paid ahead of time as no money will be collected at the door.
The golf tournament will be a flighted four-man scramble. Assemble your foursome with all handicaps as well as contact phone number, email address and SHIRT SIZE.
A handicap MUST be listed for each member of your foursome in order to properly flight the teams. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each flight, closest to the hole on par 3’s and winner of the long drive contest.
Due to the overwhelming popularity of this annual event, the tournament will be held for society members and guests only. Please make sure you are current on your SGS & ALTAPL dues! The deadline for entering will be Monday, September 1, 2025 and will be limited to a first come first serve basis. The field is LIMITED TO 60 TEAMS, 30 IN THE MORNING WITH AN 8:00 AM SHOTGUN AND 30 IN THE AFTERNOON WITH A 1:00 PM SHOTGUN.
The event will kick off with breakfast at 7:00 a.m. followed by a morning shotgun start at 8:00 a.m. Lunch will be served starting at 11:30 a.m. followed by an afternoon shotgun start at 1:00 p.m. After all groups have completed their rounds, the tournament will conclude with an evening of food, beverages, awards, music and door prizes.
